$150 for 5 sessions

Designed to empower students during their academic years. Includes one free discovery call, followed by four one-hour sessions per month. This package is available to any current student, from elementary to post-graduate education.

A deposit of $50 is required, plus $25 per session (paid monthly or per session).

This package is tailored for pregnant women throughout their pregnancy and post-partum period. Leveraging my expertise as a labor and delivery and newborn nurse, I offer insight and knowledge to enrich the coaching experience. Support and guidance will be provided through hourly sessions, both prenatally and postnatally. The 12-month package includes a complimentary discovery call, an initial 1-2 hour session, and bi-weekly follow-up sessions, amounting to 24 total sessions.

Programs encompassing pre-natal development and other topics such as birthing, breastfeeding, and newborn care will be included.

$1,500 for 10 sessions

Includes a free discovery call, 1 2-hour initial session and 9 1-hour follow-up sessions.

$2,500 for 20 sessions

Includes a 1 2-hour intial session and 19 1-hour follow-up sessions.
