I’m Rachael Thomasson, a dedicated RN with a rich tapestry of experiences spanning over four decades. My journey in nursing has been as diverse as it has been rewarding, taking me through the delicate beginnings of life in the NICU, to the joyous moments of labor and delivery, and the nurturing environments of mother-baby care, nursery, and pre-surgical testing.

As a mother of three and a doting grandmother to three wonderful boys, I’ve cherished every role life has presented me, including the honor of being present at each of my grandsons’ births. My personal and professional experiences have woven together a philosophy of care that is both deeply empathetic and highly skilled.

When the winds of change blew through my career lat year, I embraced the opportunity to spread my wings and explore the world through the lens of Nurse Coaching. This new chapter has been nothing short of transformative, allowing me to expand my horizons by working with a diverse group of individuals, from spirited pre-teens to insightful young adults, from dedicated male clients to fellow nurses and nurse coaching peers.
